Chris
Chris is a highly skilled home builder with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Chris has worked alongside some of the best contractors in the field, learning from top professionals and mastering a wide range of construction techniques.
His expertise allows him to confidently build anything his clients can dream of, delivering quality and craftsmanship in every project.
Since 2001, Chris has been an active and valued member of his local community. His commitment to excellence and his approachable nature have earned him a reputation as a trusted builder and neighbor.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris is a devoted husband and father of five. He enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and camping with his family. These passions not only enrich his personal life but also inspire his work, as he brings a love for nature and adventure into the homes he builds.

Kevin
Kevin was born in raised in the Pacific Northwest, spending most of the last 20 years on the North Olympic Peninsula. Kevin is a full time single father who enjoys all of the benefits of the outdoor life in Clallam County, including camping, fishing, BBQ’s, and especially golf. Kevin is an avid sports fan, and enjoys rooting for the Seahawks, Mariners, Huskies, and Kraken.
Kevin started in construction at an early age and has over 30 years experience, including hands on experience as a framer, apprentice electrician, tile and stone setter, flooring installer, and finish carpenter. Kevin sharpened his finish carpentry skills working for Westport Shipyards, on their 50 meter mega yacht, and has applied a superior level of finish to his work in residential construction ever since.
Kevin moved into management in 2015 and has steadily climbed the ladder in the industry as a superintendent, project manager, Director of Operations (for two different builders), and Construction Consultant. Kevin’s management skills include estimating, business organization, marketing, purchasing / procurement, sales / negotiation, permitting, energy code adaptation / implementation, building code interpretation, land pre feasibility, development, schedule building / maintenance, AI integration, and onsite management.
Kevin has a passion for construction, especially high end finish, accurate budgets and timelines, facilitating affordable housing, and customer satisfaction.
