Chris
Chris is a highly skilled home builder specializing in custom home building, with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Chris has worked alongside some of the best contractors in the field, learning from top professionals and mastering a wide range of construction techniques. His expertise allows him to confidently build anything his clients can dream of, delivering quality and craftsmanship in every project.
Since 2001, Chris has been an active and valued member of his local community, recognized as one of the leading community builders in the area. His commitment to excellence and his approachable nature have earned him a reputation as a trusted builder and neighbor.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris is a devoted husband and father of five. He enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and camping with his family. These passions not only enrich his personal life but also inspire his work, as he brings a love for nature and adventure into the homes he builds across the Olympic Peninsula.

Kevin
Kevin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, spending most of the last 20 years on the North Olympic Peninsula. As a full-time single father, he enjoys all the benefits of outdoor life in Clallam County, including camping, fishing, BBQs, and especially golf. Kevin is an avid sports fan and enjoys rooting for the Seahawks, Mariners, Huskies, and Kraken.
Kevin started in construction at an early age and has over 30 years of experience, including hands-on roles as a framer, apprentice electrician, tile and stone setter, flooring installer, and finish carpenter. He honed his finish carpentry skills working for Westport Shipyards on their 50-meter mega yacht, and has since applied a superior level of finish to his work in residential construction, making him one of the respected community builders in the area.
In 2015, Kevin transitioned into management and has steadily climbed the ladder in the Olympic Peninsula construction industry as a superintendent, project manager, Director of Operations for two different builders, and Construction Consultant. His management skills encompass estimating, business organization, marketing, purchasing/procurement, sales/negotiation, permitting, energy code adaptation/implementation, building code interpretation, land pre-feasibility, development, schedule building/maintenance, AI integration, and onsite management.
Kevin has a deep passion for construction, particularly in custom home building, with a focus on high-end finishes, accurate budgets and timelines, facilitating affordable housing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
